1. About the service

Errarium (errarium.org) is an informational atlas platform for systematizing and exploring methods of personality and event analysis. Errarium is not a medical, psychological, legal, or financial service.

The materials, readings, and services provided by Errarium are for entertainment and educational purposes only. The information contained on this platform is not intended as, and shall not be understood or construed as, medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice. Errarium does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from the use of our services.

2. Nature of service

The software, platform, and any generated reports or readings are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Company explicitly disclaims any warranties of accuracy, reliability, or applicability of the information provided to the User's personal life circumstances. The User assumes full responsibility for any decisions made based on the use of the Platform.

All methods on the platform are tools for self-discovery and personality pattern analysis. We do not "solve users' problems" — we provide information and tools with which users can independently explore their inner world.

3. Acceptance of terms

By registering or using Errarium, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, that this service is for entertainment and educational purposes, and that you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

4. Registration and account

• Sign-in is available via Google, Apple, GitHub, or email/phone with a password
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person — one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited
• We may suspend or delete an account for violation of these terms

5. Content usage

• Method descriptions and cards are provided for informational and entertainment purposes
• Calculation results and AI interpretations are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice
• All methods are presented neutrally, without asserting or denying their scientific validity
• Decisions made based on service results are solely your responsibility

6. Intellectual property

Method card texts, classification structure (D/C/T/F axes), platform design and code are intellectual property of Errarium. Use of materials is permitted only for personal non-commercial purposes. Copying, distribution, or commercial use without written consent is prohibited.

7. User content

Data you enter (journal, analysis results, profile) belongs to you. We do not use your content for AI training and do not share it with third parties. You can export or delete your data at any time.

8. Prohibited actions

• Automated data collection (scraping, parsing)
• Attempts to gain unauthorized access to other users' data or service systems
• Using the service for harm, fraud, or illegal activity
• Reselling access to the service or its functionality
• Uploading malicious code or attempting to disrupt the service

9. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. The Company explicitly disclaims any warranties of accuracy, reliability, or applicability of the information provided to the User's personal life circumstances. Errarium is not liable for: (a) decisions made based on calculation results or information on the platform; (b) temporary service unavailability; (c) data loss due to force majeure. The maximum aggregate liability of Errarium is limited to the amount paid by you for the service in the last 12 months (for free users — $0).

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via your personal space or by request to [email protected]. We may discontinue the service with 30 days' notice. Upon account deletion, all your data is removed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

11. Payments and refunds

Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Ltd (United Kingdom). Errarium does not store bank card data.

• Crystals (one-time top-ups) — are non-refundable once credited to an account, except in cases of technical failures.
• Pro subscription (monthly/yearly) — you may cancel at any time; Pro access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments for the remaining period are non-refundable after cancellation.
• A refund is available within 14 days of the first subscription payment if you have not used Pro features (AI readings, Pro analytics). To request a refund, contact [email protected].
• In the event of a technical failure that prevents use of paid functionality, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.

12. Changes to terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always available on this page. For significant changes, we will notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation; if no agreement is reached, in the court at the operator's location. For EU users, all rights provided by GDPR and their national legislation are preserved.
