35. UNIVERSAL THERAPY (COSMIC ENERGY)

I. Inner Mode

Method's Worldview A human being is part of the Universe as a living, conscious system. Everything in the world is connected through an informational field that stores traces of everything that has ever occurred. Healing is the restoration of connection with the Source (the Universe) and the release from informational "programs" that block this connection. The work is conducted through intention, image, and interaction with the field.

What Is Considered Reality The informational field of the Universe is a real environment in which information about all events, states, and possibilities is stored. A person interacts with this field continuously. Illnesses, patterns, and limitations are "programs" blocked in a person's informational field. Intention + image + state = the instruments of change.

What Is an Event Within the Method An event is the manifestation of an informational program (block) or its dissolution. Every event is read as a mirror of the current state of a person's field. Work with the field (changing programs) alters the probability of future events.

Role of the Subject An active participant in the transformation of their own informational field. The therapist is a navigator who assists in gaining access to the relevant levels of the field and to blockages. The subject remains the agent of change; the therapist is a helper, not a "doer."

Role of Time T0 — the moment of therapeutic work. T1 — the period of integration of changes. The work is conducted in a "holographic present," where the past (programs) and the possible future (potentials) are simultaneously accessible in the field.

Purpose of the Method Diagnosis of informational blocks and programs. Transformation — dissolution of blocks and restoration of connection with the Source. Calibration — achieving a state that supports health, flow, and fulfillment.

Language and Key Concepts Informational field, program (block), Source, intention, image, state, holographic field, resource, transformation, integration.

Principles Governing the Transmission of Knowledge [Principles of knowledge transmission in this tradition are being documented together with method masters]

II. Analytical Mode

Origin Modern syncretic / author-based method (Russia / post-Soviet space, late 20th — early 21st century). Combines elements from systemic constellations, biodynamics, meditative practices, and concepts of the informational field. Several author-based schools operate under this general name. Verification of sources is required when documenting the card.

Functional Type Diagnosis (F1) — identification of informational blocks; transformation (F5) — dissolution of programs and blocks; calibration (F6) — restoration of the state of connection with the Source.

Data Type D4 — intersubjective field (the informational field as the primary working level); D3 — subjective experience of the client and therapist (images, states, intentions).

Interpretation Mechanism C4 — Interactive (work through the interaction of the states of therapist and client with the field).

Temporal Granularity T0 (moment of work), T1 (integration).

Level of Determinism Transformational — changes are possible at any level through corresponding work with the field. High agency of the subject.

Scale of Applicability Individual; applied to physical, emotional, mental, and "spiritual" levels.

Limitations Weak codification and standardization of the method. Significant variability between schools and practitioners. No academic verification. Requires clear delineation from medical assistance.

Ethical Risks Promises of "healing from everything." Substitution of medical assistance. Vulnerability of clients in altered states.

Degree of Verifiability Low.

III. Comparative Mode

Intersections by Data Type D4 is shared by Biodynamics, Systemic Constellations, Craniosacral Therapy, and Shamanic Practices. Among D4 methods, Universal Therapy is the most "information-oriented": the emphasis is on programs rather than spirits or somatic rhythms.

Intersections by Mechanism C4 (interactive) — shared with other D4 methods. Closest analogues: Biodynamics (work through field interaction) and Mindfulness / Directed Attention Practices (work through state).

Differences in Ontology "The informational field of the Universe" as an ontological foundation is a conceptualization specific to this method. It differs from the "ancestral field" of constellations and the "spirit world" of shamanism.

Areas of Partial Compatibility With Systemic Constellations and Biodynamics — overlap in the practice of working with the field, though ontological concepts differ. Not to be mixed within a single session without specialized training.
